You may call 1-800-299-2821 to speak with a Customer Service Representative for updates on your order status.

Per your preference, you may order by phone Monday through Friday during business hours. To call our Customer Service Center, please dial 1-800-299-2821. Our normal business hours are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST). After hours, voicemail will allow you to place an order which will be entered, processed and confirmed back to you with an order number on the following business day.

Special Orders

We are unable to accept returns or process exchanges on custom items. If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order, we will issue a returned goods authorization number and will replace your order or issue a refund.
